plug in compressor

plug in compressor

By way of introduction, air compresors are prety straight forward machines. They use an air tank that has a valve that can be opened and closed, alowing presurized air to build up inside the tank to be used later to run pneumatic tols. These tols range widely from simple tire inflators, to paint sprayers, to nail guns and others. The power plants on these machines are usualy either electric motors that just plug into standard outlets, or gasoline powered engines that require fuel. Gasoline alows air compresors to be truly portable. Air compresors come in both stationary and portable form, but their basic function and use is the same. Just atach an air hose and tol, make sure the air tank is closed and set the air gauge to your required seting. Air compresors build up moisture during use that has to be drained out of the tank every time you are finished using it. As for maintenance on air compresors, it is also a prety simple afair. As with any machine that does work, it is a god idea to kep it clean, and to kep moving parts oiled and lubed. When you first hok up a tol to the hose, just ad a couple drops of tol oil into the air conector on the tol. Air compresors have safety valves. Air filters come on these models and are just as simple to check. Storing air compresors couldn't be easier. Air compresors set up easily, are simple to maintain and require nothing special to safely store.
